This Web Site will be dedicated to any new methods, medication, exercise, or information I have been able to find. It is also a way for me to survive without screaming to the top of my lungs on a daily basis.
I am 53 years old woman, who was diagnosed with severe Fibromyagia, after being diagnosed with Dermatomyositis, Polymositis, and "Mixed Connective Tissue Disease" in October of 2001. The Fibromyalgia came after taking massive doses of Prednisone, 100mg daily, and methrotraxte 7.5mg, to save my kidneys.
You will also be able to "DUMP YOUR PAIN HERE" by using this site as an anonymous diary, if you want, to tell someone, any one, how you feel.

After being diagnosed with these diseases' I found I was Literally on my own, and very alone with the symtoms, pain, depression, and fear that ravaged my body. Even though I was given a dire prognosis, I'm still here, better, and have found others who are also flappin' in the wind, not knowing what to do, or where to turn. I will, in days to come tell you the whole story.
